Silver Medal Tunes

This section contains sound files for the demonstration and lessons on each
of the 2008 Silver Medal tunes, as set by the Piobaireachd Society. These
tunes are suitable for all intermediate and beyond stages, and may be of
interest as well to less-experienced players. Please use the files as you
will - they are free of charge, and may be copied, broadcast, or distributed
in any way you wish. They are offered purely for educational benefit to
those pipers who wish to make use of them.

The text reference that I have used for the tunes is The Piobaireachd
Society's Collection. The style and presentation are not claimed to be
definitive, and are only one way of playing and of presenting the tunes
amongst many others. Please feel free to use these files either as your
primary source of guidance or in conjunction with the teaching and guidance
of others. These files are a continuation of my teaching at the Winter Storm
sessions in Kansas City in January of 2008.
